MOOSE FAMILY CENTER UPDATE

Loyal Order of the Moose

In the past 6 months the Loyal Order of the Moose (Our Chartered Organization is Moose Family Center # 2038) has been working on the move to a new location. The Moose Family Center continues to work on  Permits and hope to move forward more swiftly after we have passed these hurdles. Presently the Moose is waiting on the Bayou Liberty Water Board to install a water well on a 1 Acre parcel of land donated by the lodge in exchange for Bayou Liberty providing water service to the new building, a true win-win relationship. The new home will be about 3 miles west on a 60-acre tract purchased by the Moose.

Please thank the Moose members for their continued good will to the interest of Scouting.
